What is e-Bridge Hotel? 
The e-Bridge Hotel software is truly end-to-end property management solution. From reservation to room, e-Bridge Hotel and e-Bridge Hotel Premium have a white label online booking engine for web and mobile, Facebook Web application. Room reservation, group check in, customizable documentation, multi-currrency, multi-language and more.
e-Bridge Premium comes with a built in channel manager for all of the major OTAs giving access to them and their 50+ connected partners, Housekeeping mobile application for android, Mifare 2 RFID door locking solution (sold separately), Facilities management for booking spa,gym etc and a connected Point of Sale Solution (POS) to run your shops or restaurants.
e-Bridge Premium also has available a self-checkin kiosk and MiFare2 card dispenser for completely contactless operations.

What size of server do I need to run e-Bridge Hotel?
The size of the server depends on which Operating system (Linux/Windows/MacOS) and what services you will run on it.
At e-Bridge we use a Ubuntu Linux AWS Lightsail VPS as our preferred platform. But you can use your own providers and preferred OS.
The above sizing is for a AWS lightsail running Ubuntu 18.x as a dedicated VPS for e-Bridge Hotel and should be used as a guideline only.

Do you charge a reservation commission?
No. We do not charge any reservation commission. Nor is there any limit on the number of transactions, users, room types or rates.

My property is near the airport and I use hourly/transit rates, does e-Bridge Hotel support this?
Yes, e-Bridge Hotel supports Hourly/Transit rates. It has a simple 4 step Walkin wizard to facility transit/hourly check ins. Aside from Hourly/Transit rates we also support Daily, Weekly and Monthly rate packages.

Can I customize my customer documents?
Yes, all customer documentation can be setup according your requirements. Reservation, Registration, Terms & Conditions, Invoice and Receipts all can be modified to suit your requirements.

Can I upgrade from Lite to Cloud and/or from Cloud to Premium?
Both e-Bridge Hotel Lite and e-Bridge Hotel Cloud can be upgraded to e-Bridge Premium, the database is the same.
e-Bridge Hotel Cloud and e-Bridge Hotel Lite subscription licenses are usable between distributions, but are node locked. e-Bridge Hotel Premium is a separate distribution and uses different licensing so requires updating to the e-Bridge Hotel Premium installation and using a new license.

What back office/accounting software do you support?
e-Bridge Hotel Lite, Cloud and Premium is accounting package neutral and can be tailored to export out invoice and reservation data in xls,xlsx,csv or other export as per the import format of your desired accounting package. Default exports exist already for many popular accounting packages.

What if I reinstall/change setup or have lost my subscription license?
e-Bridge Hotel Lite and Cloud versions are node locked. If you re-install Cloud or Lite on your PC or server and lose your license, just click the "Buy now" page again, and the software will recognise your server and re-issue the current license.
Where and OTA connection Agoda/Expedia/Booking.com is part of your subscription the license will be also locked to this hotel id, the selected channel cannot be used for any hotel OTA or Hotel ID associated.
If you have to change servers or OTA / Hotel ID, contact us support@e-novate.com.sg and we will reset your licence for you, deactivating any previous licenses.
Licenses are not portable between businesses/properties and change of OTA or Hotel ID must belong to the same property.
